To Diffuse
Add 20 drops of U in 160ml of water into an ultrasonic diffuser, 30 minutes before your bedtime to stimulate deep sleep.
Other Applications
◾ For massage blend, mix 3 drops of U with preferred base/carrier oil, to relieve pain, soreness, aches and strains.
◾ For healthier skin, mix 1-2 drops of U with sweet almond/ coconut/ jojoba oil & massage it onto your skin face before your night skin routine. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. Rinse well with warm water.
